Cosmetic dental treatments: How much work have you had done?

    I'm just curious who here has had cosmetic work done and how do you like the results? I am just wondering what the overall common treatments have been and how they compare with positive reactions.

    Braces are the only real work I have had done. I had train tracks-the old style nasty things, for a couple of years. The results were rapid and stunning, and despite the pain at the time I am incredibly glad that I had it done. I was smiling (with braces) within a couple of weeks.

    I've had a dental bleaching a long time ago. It did nothing. Perhaps I shouldn't say "nothing". My front teeth ended up with some white patches, but that's all. It was a complete waste of time and money.
